Cancellation Policy
Where a booking is cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the court booking a full credit for the value of the booking will be applied to your online Matchpoint account to use against future court bookings. Cancellations within 72 hours of the court booking are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to the booking cost and no credit will be available. Court booking's can be transferred to another available court within 7 days of the initially reserved court subject to 24 hours notice. Additional charges may apply on such transfers if the list price of the new court booking is higher than the amount previously charged.
Wet Court Policy
The management will consider a request for the cancellation due to adverse weather if the weather during your scheduled game is deemed, in the sole discretion of the club management to significantly interfere with play whether due heavy lightning storms, snow or other similar extreme weather. Where weather prevents play on court 3 the club will automatically transfer your booking to a covered court subject to availability. Where your booking cannot be transferred and the decision to approve the cancellation request is agreed by the club management you can either reschedule your booking within a period of 14 days or have the payment credited to your account for future bookings.
