Padel Coaching

We have partnered with WimX Padel (About WimX) for our coaching programme at The Heron Padel Club.

Individual and Group Coaching sessions are available as well as matches, socials, special events and tournaments. Upcoming events are listed in The Heron Padel Club app.

PATHWAY TO PADEL

Individual Coaching 

Group Coaching

Includes but is not limited to the following:

• Padel Taster – regular sessions every Tue at 2pm, Thu at 9am and Sat at 3.30pm or book a private one for 4 people
• If you’re new to Padel or new to the club book a Padel taster with our coaching team to get your rating and find players, matches, and coaching right for your level

Level Up Session

• For those who already play padel . Join this session to find your level and start playing in matches and sessions suitable for you

LTA Padel Xpress

• A six week 1 hour intro session on the basics of the key shotsin padel. Ideal for those with little racket sport experience

Adult Core Coaching

• Game-based group coaching that cements and improves the vitals of padel playing at all levels. Content is based on the WimX Coaching Philosophy and sessions are available at all levels.

Core Training and Matchplay

• Two hour session comprised of an hours skill based training followed by open play.

Become a Match Player

• These session focus on the key tactics which will serve you well on the match court. Learn how to communicate with your partner, move as a team, and develop the non-negotiables to play tactically smart.

WimX Series

• One off events and six weekly sessions with specific themes such as “dominate the net” and “master the glass”

WimX Clinics

• Intensive workshops for 2-5 hours led by WimX Directors

Padel For Kids

• Sign your kids up to learn the basics of Padel and become 360 degree athletes in fun, multi-skills sessions. With Padel so new in the UK, it’s the best time to give your kids a go.

Frankie Langan

Frankie has a distinguished playing career and was former no1 in Great Britain (ranked in the top 200 in the World Padel Tour.)Frankie is currently still one of Britain's top players and is competing for Great Britain in professional competitions.

Frankie is permanently based at The Heron Padel Club and is available to book for individual coaching, in addition to which he organises weekly group coaching sessions, and mix-ins for Heron Padel Club Members.

Edward Bartlett

Edward Bartlett is a Level 2 ACREDITED Qualified coach and one of the Directors of the Heron Padel club. Edward has played in numerous LTA events and won several regional events. Edward's energy and attention to detail on court will ensure your game elevates after every lesson.
